I believe that Attitude Matters! Attitude, positive or negative, is an extension of and is driven by our character, passion, and perspective! Over time, I identified four critical psychological motivating behaviors buried in our individual and collective psyche, allowing me to persevere — rise, exceed and inspire — during my life’s stagnant, murky waters.
These four behaviors, or my Brand Code, came to my rescue when things were hard and broken, always encouraging me to do the right thing! My curiosity to understand the lessons that repeatedly came to the surface, and the results that I could achieve as my seasons of life changed, allowed me to actively study and research these four biological, environmental, and cultural processes as they facilitated the development of motivating behaviors in me.
These behaviors are Courage, Empathy, Worthiness, and Perception. After studying these behaviors for over two decades, they still assist me in times of adversity but have now become my core and foundation of why I do, what I do, and how I do it. Making the RIGHT choices has always been challenging, but with these four cornerstone behavioral choices, it becomes a heart-led talent.
